1. Negotiation conditions

2. Project overview and competitive negotiation content

the project is located in Xiangfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. The project includes plots 01, 02, 03 and 04 in Hengshan North District; Plot 01 and 02 of Hengshan south district; Plots 01 and 02 of Xiangbin community; Plot 01 and 02 of Sishi community (area 1); Sishi community (area 2) involves the construction coating of 151 housing renovation and supporting projects. The output value of the project is 377million, and the construction period is 92 days

3. Qualification conditions of bidders

3.1 the qualification requirements of bidders in this negotiation are detailed in Schedule 1, and they have corresponding conditions in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc

4. Acquisition of negotiation documents

4.1 this negotiation document is only sold electronically. Bidders who intend to participate in the negotiation must register as suppliers on China Railway procurement e-commerce platform () to become platform users (a contract must be signed). 4.3 potential bidders who purchase electronic negotiation documents: please send the bidding application form (attached table 2), scanned copies of bidders' ID cards, business licenses, and scanned copies of bid fee receipts to the negotiator before 8:30 on June 26, 2021.
